I could have taken that sweet thing home with me if her mommy and daddy wouldn’t miss her so much. Full of smiles and energy, this sweet 18-month-old girl played peek-a-boo and ran and ran through crunchy leaves. Her mom and dad were a joy to shoot, as well… such a sweet family. I can’t wait to watch this family and this little girl grow from behind my lens.

Shhhhhhhhhh! This session is a super secret session for Kaylee & Kendra’s Daddy. Won’t he be so surprised to find his girls’ beautiful smiles under his tree on Christmas morning? Their mom and I planned a secret rendezvous to capture those beauties’ images in time for Christmas morning.
Who thinks a 4-year-old can keep the secret??? ;)

Holiday Cards for 2011

We are offering holiday photo cards again for our clients with new designs just for 2011!
Cards are 5×7 flat, beautifully printed on a thick, gorgeous cardstock and come with envelopes. Front side will contain the wording and one of the styles below. Back side will be a full-bleed 5×7 print of your choice from your 2011 gallery. Cards are sold in packs of 24. Clients who’ve done several sessions in 2011 can mix and match images from sessions.
The deadline for ordering in time for Christmas is December 9th. We’ll accept orders after that point, but cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Please contact us for pricing and to place your order.

Family Mini Sessions are back!

It’s that time of year again – don’t shoot the messenger! Fall colors are among us and soon Iowa will erupt in hues of golds, oranges and reds. It’s a great time to get that long overdue family portrait done.
We offered spots to our existing clients first, and now we’re opening up a few remaining mini session times to YOU.
Want a full session instead? Those are also available. 1.5 – 2 hours of dual-photographer shooting time, 20-30 images in your gallery, lots of gorgeous products – canvas wraps, mounted wall prints, the albums every one raves about.

This session was so fun. What do you get when you mix 3 spunky teens, 1 sassy + gorg little sister and fun P’s??
ps – They hadn’t gotten photos all together in 6 years. They brought the last ones to the studio at the viewing session and we all got a good chuckle… “It’s Christmastime so we’re all standing out in this snow scene without any coats on.” Thanks for the giggle, A-Team!
