Ericka wanted both some urban city shots and beautiful greenery in her senior portraits. So we did part field / part urbanscape to capture her gallery. It was such a hot, hot day but Ericka was such a trooper and we hope she loves her shots as much as we do.

Hannah’s sessions were so much fun. We did two sessions on two separate days so Hannah could shoot in both an urban streetscape location and also a sunset field location among the wildflowers and tall grasses. This meant more outfit choices and with her hair straight and curly. Beautiful Hannah was a natural in front of the camera, and working with her was such a blast!
Hannah, we wish you the very best in your senior year and next year at Iowa. Go Hawkeyes!
As lovely to hang out with as she is lovely to look at, Hailey was sweet and fun to shoot! She was the recipient of a text photo from one of her BFF’s sessions. With purposefully bad posing, positioning and focus, Hailey got a scare text with, “Didn’t my sr pix turn out awesome???” What a good sport she was. Hailey’s session was a ton of fun, and we hope she loves her senior ‘pix’ as much as we do! Isn’t that light just delicious?

What a fun session this was! We laughed so hard toward the end as Hannah and Randy worked together to prank one of her BFFs (who is coming up soon on the blog!). It was a ton of fun. Not only is Hannah beautiful, but she’s a hoot, too!

You’ll be seeing more of her upcoming sessions on the blog as well. This is Keely’s summer light session. We will also be shooting her in fall colors, and – if the weather cooperates – in a snow session that we have all sorts of ideas for!
We met Keely 2 years ago when we shot her equally gorgeous sister’s senior portraits. Keely was 15 at the time, had braces, was such a good sport when we threw her in a few photos of the sisters together. On the spot, Randy asked, “Do you babysit?” She does, and the rest is history. She’s been like an extended family member ever since.
We love you, Keely! We will be so proud, but so sad to see you graduate and move away to school. We know you’ll do wonderful things!

When we met at our secret location, I think Paige might have doubted us a little bit. But the background of her senior portraits is so beautiful, it almost looks like an impressionist painting. Sometimes the oddest locations make the coolest ideas!
