The weather outside may be frightful, but we’ve been busy!
The studio is done! Over the holidays we got beautiful, wide-plank hardwood floors laid. There is a cool barn-wood door separating the smaller camera room from the larger. And best of all? The coffee bar is finished and the fridge was delivered this week! Besides offering espresso drinks, we’ll have teas and cool refreshments for the kids and non-coffee drinkers.
You know what the boys love best? The urinal. I mean, it’s the small things, right? We don’t call ‘em boybarians fer nuthin! ;)
The next step is getting our walls filled with photos. This is our favorite part so far – although choosing which images to include is proving to be very hard!
We love having all the equipment and props in one place and having a beautiful place to shoot our clients, especially in these chilly months! This is especially fantastic for our newborn clients, when you arrive the studio will be the perfect temp for babies and all set up. No more hauling stuff into clients’ homes like we’re moving in!
You may also notice the site looks a bit different – Darcy’s been working on relaunching our site. So lots of ch-ch-changes going on here at His and Hers. So, come on over for a coffee and let’s get those long-overdue portraits done!
