Makenna is one of our baby plan babies so we’ve been privileged enough to watch her grow from 7 days old ’til now. She is such a happy baby! Doing a sunset shoot with a 10 month old is always a gamble, since it’s right about the time she’d go to bed. But we knew the light would be perfect. So, after a day of storms, and with a late nap – we set out to capture beautiful Makenna. These were photographed on her aunt and uncle’s farm – what an amazing location!

I adore these girls, and this is our 3rd session together. Each time I see them, they are bigger, smarter, and more independent. Their mom reports that Ava is taking steps, which means it won’t be long before both girls are toddling around. I will miss their chubby baby rolls when they get up and mobile. They have the most cherubic little faces!

It seems like just a few weeks ago, I was shooting sweet, sleeping, brand new Harrison. Remember this little angel?
Wait’ll you see him now! Harrison is 9 months old.
This charmer has dimples and the sweetest little rolls in all the right places. He was so happy for a full hour and a half, and we kept shooting and he kept flirting and smiling. Doesn’t that belly laugh just make you giggle?
I can’t believe how much he’s starting to look like big brother, River!
